Looking for a tailored PT session? Craig will work with you to understand your motivations and goals to provide a tailored training schedule. Whether you’re looking to shave a few seconds off your PB, to build strength, or just to get yourself in great shape.
1:1 pt Training
Craig will start with a consultation to agree your goals and motivations. He’ll then tailor you a programme designed to help challenge you, and meet your fitness goals over an agreed period of time.
2:1 or 3:1 pt training
Don’t fancy training alone, or need someone else to help motivate you? Why not book a 2:1 training session with Craig. He’ll craft a training programme which meets your individual goals, but allows you to train together in a circuit-style PT session.
small group pt
Come along to the famous ‘Shed’ with a group of people to train together. Shed PT sessions are available throughout the week and at set times. There are a maximum of 6 places at each training session, so you’ll need to book in advance to secure your slot - they’re very popular!
