Keeling Fitness…burn some calories, have fun, get fit and make some new friends along the way.

Keeling Fitness is run by Craig Keeling, a former Advanced Military PTI, and experienced Personal Trainer with over 8 years’ PT experience. Craig is fully qualified and insured.

Craig is also a qualified tutor and assessor of physical fitness qualifications (he trains the trainers) so you’re in very safe hands.

 
 

Keeling Fitness is more than just a workout, we’re a friendly bunch who get together to work hard, get fit and motivate each other whilst making friends along the way. We like to train together, compete together and socialise too. New faces are always welcomed.
